MyMove.Info User Guide

Follow these step-by-step instructions to navigate through our Move Management Web site.

1.  Logging in

  • After logging on the Agency/Client section of MyMove.Info, click on Online Capabilities and re-enter your information.



2.  Initiating an Order
  • Click on Initiate New Order on main menu screen
  • Complete required shipment information fields
  • Click on Submit in the lower right of the screen to initiate your new order
  • If all required fields are properly completed, a shipment registration number will be issued
  • Note: All required fields must be completed to continue


3.  Shipment Sorting and Viewing
Shipment information can be sorted and viewed based upon:
  • Pick-up details
  • Delivery details
  • Storage details
  • Status: New Orders, At Origin, In-Transit, etc




4.  Locating Shipment Orders
Orders can be located by:
  • Name
  • GBL #
  • Order #


5.  Shipment Orders List
  • View completed move management activities
  • View notes of ongoing communication between Move Manager and transferee
  • View claims, storage, billing and 3080 Information

    Asterisks (**) will appear in columns containing shipment information


6.  Summary Reports
Shipment summary details may be viewed by clicking on the desired report.
  • Billing
  • Claim
  • Storage
  • 3080 / HHG Carrier Evaluation Report
  • Carrier distribution
  • Shipment information


7.  Monitoring Shipment Orders
Your password-protected access allows you to:
  • Initiate new orders
  • Maintain oversight of your transportation program
  • Obtain detailed information on individual shipments
  • View all management summary reports for your agency
